Refunds / ExchangeIn the unlikely event that any item purchased from Hamish Sevenoaks is not in perfect condition when delivered to you, please notify us by email within three days of delivery and return it to us within fourteen days of delivery. We will then replace the item and refund your cost of postage. If upon receipt of an item purchased from Hamish Sevenoaks you wish to exchange it, you may return it in perfect condition within fourteen days of delivery, together with notification of your alternative selection of at least the original value. We will then dispatch your alternative selection and if appropriate charge any difference in cost to your card.
